Over at Sherlocking, there have been many questions asked based on 221b Baker Street, so I am here today to put all those questions with an answer...
Q) What exactly is the project?
A) 221b Baker Street is a Fanzine that will be produced by the fans of the most recent BBC production, Sherlock. The fanzine itself will look at the season with a wide variety of contributions from fans.
Q) How can I recive a copy of 221b Baker Street?
A) The fanzine will be released some point in November, (date TBC,) as an A4 Magazine Format publication.
Q) How much will the publication be?
A) Currently, we do not know how much it will be as it depends on both the price to publish and how many people want it. Copies will be sent out by me and various others. Contributors to the fanzine will recive a free copy. A rough estimate would be around £2-£3.
Q) How can I buy a copy?
A) We will, most likley, open up an PayPal service to sell it. We are currently looking for someone to help us do this.
Q) What will the proceeds go to?
A) Mainly for Postage, Packaging and Publication, however, we may add a smaller charge to go towards Children in Need, (TBC.)
Q) I live abroad, can I still recive a copy?
A) Yes. There will most likley be a higher Postage rate, however we do ship abroad.
Q) How do I contribute to 221b Baker Street?
A) There are many ways: you can post your idea as a comment or post over at Sherlocking or on this site or email doctorwhoreversethepolarity@gmail.com. This then will be submitted to the list. Please check the list which is bellow this post.
Q) Who are the main people behind this?
A) The Editor and the person behind this is myself, 221bBakerStreet/Matt. I myself produce an inderpendent Doctor Who Fanzine called "Doctor Who: Reverse the Polarity." I have never published anything, however my Dad has aggreed to publish the publication.
The main people whom has helped me the most so far is Sherlocking member FragilePaper and mainly FullEnglish.
